The diabetes diary was created by the founders of Diabetes-Netzwerl-Deutschland (German Diabetes Network) comprised of six expirienced physicians specialising in Diabetes and in practice in Germany.
Diabetes Netzwerk Deutschland has meanwhile been established through Germany. The diabetes diary for patients is an integral part of the website www.diabetes-news.de.
